For a rapid problem solving, we suggest you send the information including character name, character ID and problem description to our Customer Service Team. We highly recommended do not abuse other game channels for duplicated bug reporting. Different game channles are serviced for different purpose, reporting in Customer Service is the best way and can always get back the response most effectivly.

* Tap Hub while in town and select settings button (it looks like a gear) in the bottom right of the screen.
* Sweep down and tap Customer Service.
* Tap Contact us to leave your message, and press "Send" to submit your issues.
Our Customer Service team will contact you and get you fixed up as soon as possible. The next time you log you will be able to find a response in your in-game mail box.
